Jordan Anderson, PA-C
Jordan is a certified physician assistant, originally from Eagan, Minnesota. Her educational journey began in Missouri where she completed her Bachelor of Science in biology/pre-medicine (minor in chemistry) while competing on the women’s lacrosse team. She further honed her skills at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, earning her Master of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies.
Most of her professional experience comes from the field of dermatology. Jordan is passionate about skincare, aesthetics and helping individuals look and feel their best! She believes the best part of aesthetic medicine is the ability to enhance natural beauty and confidence.
While not at work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and CrossFit.

Carlee Neubauer
Carlee has been a licensed Medical Aesthetician for several years. She started her aesthetics career at The Aveda Institute in Minneapolis and The Institute of Advanced Aesthetics in Minnetonka, MN.
Carlee has always loved beauty, skincare, and wellness since she was young. She loves helping people feel more beautiful and confident in their skin.

Lauren Slabaugh, PA-C
Lauren is a certified Physician Assistant with several years of experience in the medical field. She completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Human Nutrition at the University of Kentucky where she also earned her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies. Lauren has a love and passion for cosmetic dermatology. She enjoys collaborating with patients and building strong relationships. She wants everyone to feel confident and beautiful in their skin. Lauren has an eye for detail and will provide an individualized treatment plan to meet your aesthetic goals. She’s excited to bring her love of medicine and aesthetics to Juvly!
Kelsey Glover, PA-C
Kelsey Glover is a board-certified Physician Assistant with several years of practice experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Tennessee Technological University, majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology, and obtained her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University. Recently, she moved to Ohio with her fiancé and their one-year-old Shih Tzu puppy. Kelsey enjoys working closely with patients and has a background in urgent care and gastrointestinal medicine, where she developed a passion for procedures and wellness. She looks forward to meeting new people and collaboratively working towards their health and wellness goals!

Meet Meghan, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients look and feel their absolute best. Her educational journey includes two Bachelor of Science degrees in Nutrition and Nursing from Miami University of Ohio and Xavier University, respectively, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. This diverse academic background has equipped Meghan with a comprehensive understanding of health and wellness.
Meghan’s professional experience spans several years in dermatology, obstetrics, and the neonatal intensive care unit, honing her skills in attention to detail and personalized care. Her diverse nursing background has made her adept at providing top-notch, individualized treatment for each client. Meghan’s commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in aesthetics ensures that her clients receive cutting-edge care and education.

Emilee Green is a licensed advanced Aesthetician who graduated from the Aveda Fredric’s Institute. With a passion for the aesthetics industry, she is committed to continuously expanding her knowledge and experience in aesthetics, to be able to guide her clients towards achieving their best skincare results. Emilee is particularly drawn to the medical spa environment because it allows her to witness the tangible improvements in her clients’ skin and self-esteem! Prior to her aesthetics journey, Emilee graduated with Honors in St. Leon, Indiana. Outside of her professional life, Emilee enjoys fitness, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. She values building relationships with her clients and supporting them in their journey, as well as seeing their growth in their skin improvement and self-confidence firsthand!

Jessica Sarkis, PA-C
Jess is a certified physician assistant. Prior to her experience in aesthetics, she worked in emergency and urgent care medicine for 6 years. She earned her Master’s of Physician Assistant studies from the University of Saint Francis in Indiana, and went to Case Western Reserve University for a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. Her interest in aesthetics grew with her interest in dermatology, which started during her PA studies.
Jess was born and raised in the Cleveland area, where she loves being by Lake Erie and the Metroparks, but also visiting restaurants and sites in the growing downtown area. Jess also loves spending time with her big Syrian family and has a strong personal interest in nutrition and fitness. Her professional goal is to enhance her clients’ unique beauty in a subtle and natural, but impactful way. Jess loves everything about aesthetics and helping people feel like the best happiest versions of themselves, both physically and mentally.
Tessa Fraicola FNP-C
Tessa Fraicola is a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in pediatrics and primary care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Saint Vincent College and two Master’s degrees from Case Western Reserve University.
With her warm approach and extensive expertise, Tessa is dedicated to helping you achieve your beauty goals and enhance your self-confidence. She will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs.

Luisa is a board certified who earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Nova Southeastern University. Luisa has been in the medical field for over 13 years as an RN and Nurse Practitioner. Her background as an NP includes ICU and General/Bariatric Surgery. Her passion for aesthetics and cosmetics allows her to use her background, education, and caring personality to help patients enhance their natural beauty.
She treats every patient with the utmost compassion, dedication, and focus. Luisa feels privileged to be part of the Juvly Aesthetics team to offer non-surgical cosmetic procedures to patients.

Jada Caputa attended school at Aveda and became a licensed aesthetician. She has always had a passion for making people feel happy, confident, and informed when it comes to their skin! She is always excited to learn more about the beauty industry and grow in her skills. Jada chose the medical spa environment because she finds joy in seeing client’s confidence grow after coming out of a service. Outside of work she loves going to the beach, spending time with her daughter, and reading classic books.

Sophia is a board certified physician assistant. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science at The Ohio State University, and her Master of Science Physician Assistant Program at Ohio Dominican University. Her passion in cosmetic dermatology has led her to Juvly Aesthetics as a provider with extensive training in neurotoxins, hyaluronic acid injectables, biostimulators, and collagen induction therapies. Every journey varies in achieving healthy skin. Sophia works with clients to feel comfortable in their own skin through individualized treatment plans and skincare.
